Current: The mission of the Council on Aging (COA) is to provide advocacy and support services to help Carlisle seniors live dignified and independent lives. The COA strives to continually improve the quality of life for Carlisle residents age 60 years and older by identifying the needs of the population and matching available resources, both public and private, to meet those needs.
