Current: The Northeast Senior Center officially opened its doors on November 2, 2015 and welcomes approximately 500+ seniors daily. This 29,000 sq. ft. modern facility includes a full gym, multi-purpose classrooms, a 24 station computer lab, an exercise & dance studio, and a dining hall that comfortably seats 350 seniors for lunch. This bustling center offers all levels of fitness and dance classes; arts & crafts; health screenings (blood pressure, glucose and body mass index); adaptive equipment to support independence; and a wide variety of health and resource presentations. Our lively gaming area is the place to be for some friendly competition and fellowship while playing billiards, table tennis, cards, board games, dominoes, bingo and much more.
