Programs promote health, fitness, recreational activities, fitness & exercise porgrams, health screenings, education, congregate and home delivered meals. Selmer Senior Center serves as the focal point of the community to aid senior adults, families and caregivers in locating services to assist in everyday living so the older population may remain in the home longer.
