Current: Provides activities that focus on preventing institutionalization. Secures and coordinates services for seniors with assistance from volunteers and community agencies. Provides socialization for individuals 55 years and older to alleviate isolation and assist the individual in maintaining self-sufficiency. Provides Adult Day Care for individuals 60 years and above and younger adults with physical, mental or emotional disabilities. Offers outreach services in the community to those who are unable to attend the program on a daily basis due to critical health problems.
