Current: Samaritan Daytop Village recognizes the importance of connection and camaraderie among our senior community. Our Woodside Senior Center in Woodside, Queens reaches out to those who still have much to offer. The Woodside Senior Center encourages those 60 and older to embrace an active, healthy lifestyle. The Center provides the more than 400 members from the Woodside, Astoria and Long Island City neighborhoods fitness, art and computer classes, access to medical and visiting nurse services, senior-focused lectures and organized trips. Open Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. until 3:45 p.m., the center also offers nutritious breakfast and lunch meals certified by the New York City Department of Aging.
