Current: The Senior Citizen Programs are run through the City of Middletown, where we are committed to serving the retirees, well elderly and frail elderly in our community. Our goal is to encourage, educate, assist and enhance life in retirement. Through activities such as exercise, yoga, art, theater, group meetings, crafts, and music our hope is to provide the tools necessary to live a quality-filled and healthier life as one ages. We also promote interaction between generations exchanging skills, values and experiences.
