Current: Tahoe Douglas Senior Center serves Douglas County's senior population residing inside the Tahoe Basin. The Center is located at 885 Hwy 50, next to the fire station on the corner of Warrior Way and US 50, telephone: 775-588-5140. It is unique among Nevada's senior centers in that it is currently operated solely by volunteers, for which reason it is not open every day.
