Current: Minot Commission on Aging (MCA) was established for the senior citizens of the city and the surrounding area by the City of Minot in 1973. From our humble beginnings serving Meals on Wheels in church basements, to our first senior center by the auditorium, to our present location, our main focus has been providing services for seniors.
