Current: The center is a satellite branch of the Garland Senior Center. The central focus is staying fit and healthy in the mind, body and soul. The center recently began focusing on history sessions provided by a retired educator which updates the participants on current events of the world and how they may or may not have historical reverence to past events. The center prides in exercise benefits and renewing the spiritual well-being to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
