Current: Silvermont, completed in 1917, is the one of the ambitious private residences ever build in western North Carolina. In 1972, it became a recreation center and neighborhood park in Brevard, NC. In addition to our Lunch Plus program, we offer educational programs concerning financial matters, Medicare, health concerns, exercise classes, volunteer opportunities, non-fiction book club, Toasty Toes-knitting for our troops, and other activities
