Both are adjacent to Carter Park on Asheville Highway in eastern Knox County. The facility has approximately 6,200 square feet, which includes: 1,000-square-foot exercise room that is fully equipped and operational; computer lab; rooms for meetings; cards and dance; kitchen recreation space
