Current: The Elkton Center, located on the first floor at the back of the Cecil County Administration Building, is open Monday through Friday for adults ages 60 and over. In addition to offering senior adults a hot, nutritious lunch, the Elkton Center provides a full range of social and recreational activities, trips, educational presentations, exercise classes, arts and crafts instruction, preventive health education and health screening sessions.
