Current: The mission of Victory Villa Senior Center is to provide structured programs for the senior citizens of Baltimore County. The programs focus on mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and social activities that promote wellness in the senior. This is accomplished in the form of work groups, classes, lectures and seminars, in a friendly, diverse, and therapeutic atmosphere.
