Current: The Council On Aging (COA) assists Rockland’s senior citizens with any problems and encourages participation in events and activities. Our objectives are: To identify the total needs of the elderly population of the community; To educate the community and enlist support and participation of the citizens about their needs; To implement services; To cooperate with the MA Executive Office and Elder Affairs, and to be cognizant of State and Federal legislation programs regarding elders.
