Current: The Acushnet Council on Aging (COA) and Senior Community Center is the Town's resource for those age 50+ seeking to increase their mental, social and physical well being. Located in the former Mason Burt School Building, the COA offers help with Fuel Assistance, Food Stamps, MassHealth, Medicare/Medicaid, home-delivered meals and more. Looking for a new exercise class? We offer everything from Chair Yoga to Zumba. Pitch, Cribbage, Needle Arts, Chorus and painting are just some of the other activities we offer on a weekly basis.
