Current: The mission of the Lancaster Council on Aging / Senior Citizens' Center is to enhance the quality of life for seniors and their caretakers by assessing their needs, and meeting their needs by creating and advocating for programs that meet the established needs of the seniors. The COA should educate and enlist the support of town, state, federal and private organizations who can assist in service delivery. The COA strives to deliver the highest quality of services to all senior citizens by providing services in a professional, polite, timely and efficient manner.
