Current: You're always welcome at the Capital City Activity Center, where we provide recreational, educational, and wellness activities for seniors age 50 and older. Our Center, located in Frankfort near the hospital, is a place where seniors gather to meet friends for coffee, attend exercise classes and use our exercise equipment, play bridge and other games, make arts and crafts, shop at our stores, listen to music and guest speakers, dance, and have a hot, nutritious lunch. Membership is free to those 50+ and their spouses.
