Current: Since 1988, the Encore Lifestyle & Enrichment Center (formally the Tipton County Senior Center) strives to enhance the quality of life and meet the evolving needs of residents within Tipton County. The Encore Lifestyle and Enrichment Center is an outreach of the Tipton County Council on Aging, whose goal is to assist, encourage, monitor, and develop comprehensive and coordinated services for “Older Hoosiers” within a geographic area comprised of Tipton County.
