Current: The mission of the New Castle Senior Center is to serve older adults with programs to enhance their health, happiness and independence within the community. New Castle Senior Center welcomes everyone over 50 years of age regardless of race, religion, sex, ethnic origin or handicap. All members attending the center must be able to take care of their personal care needs and make appropriate independent decisions as they participate in the activities of the day.
