Current: Addressing the varied and changing needs of senior adults by providing stimulating social, physical and cultural programs. A hot nutritionally-balanced, kosher meal is available for older adults (60+). Reservations are required. Transportation available to and from the JCC on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. JCC seniors enjoy their own lounge with bathroom and kitchen. Hot lunches are served in our multi-purpose auditorium, and classes are held in the adult lounge and the library. Included are day-long excursions to the theater and museums. We meet the needs of older adults by providing stimulating social, physical, and intellectual programs. Senior Adult programs at the JCC are made possible through grants from United Jewish Federation of Stamford, New Canaan and Darien, Senior Nutrition Program of Catholic Charities of Fairfield County. MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger, and United Way of Western Connecticut, in addition to the fundraising efforts of POSH (JCC Providers Of Senior Happiness) and The Center Women.
