Current: The Neighborhood House Association (NHA) Senior Center promotes independent living for as long as possible by providing services that improve quality of life. The program provides health and social centered services that link seniors to fitness, emotional support, social activities, and healthy meals. Senior Center participants are served a continental breakfast and lunch daily. Lunch meals are prepared by the NHA’s Nutrition Services program and the menu is designed to provide seniors with healthy nutritious meal options.
