Our brand-new Grace Gardens Memory Care community is now open and we’re accepting up to 88 residents with dementia or Alzheimer’s for four separate neighborhoods. Grace Gardens is Orange County’s premier memory care community, featuring one of the largest, secure outdoor garden patios you’ll find. The breadth of services allows Town & Country to meet the ever-changing needs of our residents and Orange County all on a single campus.
